Produce high-quality, robust, high-performance, and reusable code that meet professional standards and easy for other developers to work with.
Work closely with other developers to help improve the existing codebase, create tools, eliminate production bottlenecks, and help the team become as efficient as possible.

What should be in your current Toolbox?

A good understanding of C# or similar languages.
Knowledgeable in the following .Net domains: Jquery, JSON, WCF, MVC, EF, SQL, REST;
Minimum 3 years of development experience
Good understanding of OOP paradigm both in theory and practice
Good foundation in software design, software engineering best practices.
